Blending old world and new world leadership models
“You can’t make an omelette without breaking eggs” is the type of statement you can derive from the survey’s results on leadership. On the one hand, we see a high degree of self-awareness about the changes that need to happen – but on the other hand, there isn’t any self-reinvention going on. There isn’t any substantial mindset shift. Hence, there is an unmistakable high demand for a new leadership approach.
